ON-GUARD System Overview
At the heart of the ON-GUARD System is the CONMONSense Sensor (IP65-rated for durability). The CONMONSense is build for permanent monitoring applications in harsh environments.
The ON-GUARD System works by having the sensor feed information to the LUBrain™ Precision Lubrication Algorithm, which drives the ON-GUARD system to apply just the right amount of grease, restoring an optimal lubrication film and preventing excess wear.
Each ON-GUARD system includes:
- 8 CONMONSense sensors
- 8 lubricators
- 8 grease cartridges
- All necessary cables and distribution lines (5 to 30 meters)
